1. Who we are

Anchor Point Partners (“we,” “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For privacy questions, contact hello@anchorpointpartners.co.

2. What we collect

When you submit a form (contact, early-interest list, or one-pager request), we collect the details you provide — typically your name, work email, organization, and any message. We may also collect limited technical data (such as IP address and browser information) and, where you consent, analytics data.

3. How we use it & legal basis

We use your data to respond to enquiries, schedule calls, send a requested resource, and — with consent — keep you informed about the toolkit roadmap. Under the GDPR our legal bases are your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to you, and steps taken at your request prior to entering an agreement.

4. Cookies & analytics

If analytics are enabled, a consent notice will request your permission before any non-essential cookies are set. You can withdraw consent at any time. Essential functionality does not rely on tracking cookies.

5. Sharing & processors

We do not sell your data. We use trusted processors to operate the site and communicate with you (for example, transactional email and scheduling providers), bound by appropriate data-processing terms.

6. Your rights

EU/UK data subjects have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port their data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Retention & transfers

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
