2. The services are educational, not clinical care
Our toolkits and app are educational and organizational resources. They are not therapy, treatment, diagnosis, or a crisis service, and using them does not create a clinician–patient relationship. They do not replace professional clinical care.
3. Bookings & consultations
Calls booked through this site are introductory and consultative. Any engagement for licensing or implementation is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Anchor Point Partners.
4. Intellectual property
All content, toolkits, frameworks, and materials are the property of Anchor Point Partners and protected by applicable law. No license is granted except as set out in a signed agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or services, including attempting to disrupt them, reverse-engineer materials, or use content beyond the scope of any license granted to you.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchor Point Partners is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or resources. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law & changes
